INTRODUTION
Carbon black N115 has the smallest particle diameter, highest reinforcement and abrasion resistance.
Carbon black N115 has high reinforcement and abrasion resistance. Compared to the compounds filled with other carbon black, those with N115 has higher tensile strength, higher crack resistance higher abrasion resistance and elasticity, along with better processibility
APPLICATION
Carbon black N115 is mainly used in the tread compound of truck tire and passenger tire. It is also used in rubber articles with high strength and high abrasion resistance such as cushion and high strength conveyor belt etc.
