INTRODUTION
This product is made from anthracite oil as raw material, with phenol oil as fuel, to be processed in a special
technology. The contents of impurity (impurity solvent extract, moisture, ash, water residue on sieve), sulfur are
extremely low, but the total carbon content is pretty high. The tint strength is high--our product is about 60, while ordinary N550 is about 50. The roughness of carbon black is high, and the size distribution is moderate. This product is easy to disperse in the rubber material, and the reinforcing performance is good. It can makes the product looks bright. Heavy metal content is not detected under the testing of third-party. The total 18 detection values of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) is less than 20ppm, which has passed 168 detection values of the EU REACH (EC) no 1907/2006 requlations related to Substances of Very Hiah Concern (SVHC).
APPLICATION
This product is used for the production of tyre textures, side walls, extrusion, calendaring, extrusion products, rubber hose, transmission belt, wire and cable, sealing products, damping products and miscellaneous pieces of rubber production. This product his of high purity and can be used as a filler for carbon products (artificial graphite). The product has low sulfur content, low impurity, and can be used for heat insulation layer and mold release agent for steel making and casting.
