INTRODUTION
This series of carbon black has a large particle size, small surface area, lower structure, easy dispersion, good liquidity, high loading, etc. Usually it as a functional filler is preferably used in the production of low-voltage wire and cable. This product has excellent chemical resistance and heat resistance, low sieve residue. The particles of the product after being granulated are soft, easily dispersed, has good liquidity, winding resistance and good aging resistance.
APPLICATION
Due to its high loading, good rubber elasticity and permanent deformation of superior performance, this series of products has been widely used in automotive, machine tools and other rubber products. At present it is mainly used for Polvacrylic acid resin rubber, fluorine rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, and such high-value specialty rubber products, aimed to maintain the characteristics of synthetic rubber, these are hiah flexibility, low heat, low compression, flexibility etc. N900 series carbon blacks in low-voltage wire and cable materials such as XLPE, neoprene, PVC, EPDM, SBR, CSM and natural rubber are common used to make insulation materials; insulation, flexible cable and UL25 high level load sheathing etc. and alse common used for cross-linking resins, such as PE, EVA or EEA rubber.
