INTRODUTION
This product is of high purity, and it contains few washing sieve residue, ash. as well as few acetone extractives. The calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal oxide content in it is minimal, and the content of sulfur is strictly controlled. In the production of our company, we have innovatively used the 8-furnace-end production line to replace the production line of two-furnace-end, which makes the dispersity of our product improve 20% than that of the same industry and the same product. And the content of carbon even 99.7% higher than others. The strict control of the carbon content makes industrial grade products to achieve the requirements for purity of the chemical grade products.
APPLICATION
This product is mainly used as raw materials for metallurgical industry. It is used as carbonization agents in the production process, such as the production of tungsten carbide. It also can be used as a raw material for the production of upmarket products in the rubber industry, such as fluororubber products and so on. Besides, the product is used as furnace material of graphite tube resistance furnace. It is widely used in other fields such as refractory, ceramic industry, insulation materials. Furthermore this product can also be alternative to thermal cracking carbon black N990.
