INTRODUTION
The product quality standard of water sieve of 325 um should be less than or equal to 500 ppm, better than the national standard of 1000 ppm. The ash index of our product is less than or equal to 0.25%, better than the national standard of 03%. In addition, our company refines the indexes, according to the different absorption of oil absorption value, iodine value and other indicators, on the basis of GB. It decreases the fluctuation of product indexes, so as to make the quality of the products
more stable.
APPLICATION
This product is mainly used in rubber tires, rubber products (O - ring, rubber strip, rubber hose, transmission belt, cable, etc.) graphite industry, iron and steel industry. It plays a role of improving the performance of the rubber. This product is provided with high filling properties, high elasticity, anti-aging performance, low heat, low voltage, compared with traditional soft carbon black. Moreover, the product has the characteristics of making the mixed rubber free of filtration or to be filtered in a short time, while it is for furnace fill and thermal insulating in the production of graphite products. The main ingredient of the product is carbon, and the ash, residue on sieve, volatile matter is very low. So when it is used in the iron and steel production, it does not add impurities at the same time of preserving heat. It also can be used as a casting powder.
